- Memastikan seluruh rangkaian event berjalan sesuai timeline, budget, dan standar perusahaan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan vendor, venue, pembicara, sponsor, dan stakeholder internal.
- Melakukan evaluasi hasil setiap event beserta rekomendasi perbaikan.
- Mengembangkan dan mengelola komunitas pasien maupun komunitas pendukung perusahaan.
- Menyusun program engagement untuk meningkatkan partisipasi dan loyalitas anggota komunitas.
- Membangun hubungan yang baik dengan anggota komunitas serta menjaga pengalaman (community experience) yang positif.
- Mengidentifikasi peluang kolaborasi dengan komunitas eksternal, organisasi, maupun partner strategis.
- Menyusun program edukasi, gathering, workshop, support group, maupun wellness activity.
