What they need
Membuat konsep event yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan brand dan target pengunjung.
Menyusun timeline, kebutuhan teknis, rundown, serta koordinasi pelaksanaan event.
Memastikan event berjalan sesuai rencana, budget, dan target yang telah ditentukan.
Membuat laporan hasil event, termasuk evaluasi traffic, exposure, leads, dan potensi kerja sama lanjutan.
Kualifikasi :
Domisili Bali
Kreatif dalam membuat ide event dan aktivasi.
Minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan, diutamakan dari jurusan Komunikasi, Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Pariwisata, atau bidang terkait.
Minimal 1–2 tahun pengalaman di bidang event, partnership, marketing activation, community relation, public relation.
Mengatur koordinasi lapangan, mengambil keputusan cepat saat terjadi kendala, serta memastikan seluruh pihak yang terlibat bekerja sesuai dengan tugas dan timeline yang sudah ditentukan.
Memiliki pengalaman bekerja sama dengan komunitas dan brand ternama.
