· Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan
· Memiliki pengalaman 2 tahun minimal di bidang event mall atau event organizer
· Mampu membuat konsep dan budgeting event
· Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai stage, sound, lighting, dan dekorasi
· Memiliki database vendor, EO, talent, artist, dan lainnya terkait event
· Mampu bekerja dengan target
· Komunikatif dan mampu bekerja dengan tim
Tanggung jawab utama:
· Mengusulkan dan mengembangkan konsep event
· Mengkoordinasikan, mengarahkan dan mengambil keputusan operasional terkait pelaksanaan event sesuai SOP, budget dan target yang telah disetujui.
