What they need
- Mengelola seluruh dokumen ekspor dan impor, seperti Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Air Waybill (AWB), PEB, PIB, Certificate of Origin (COO), dan dokumen pendukung lainnya.
- Berkoordinasi dengan Bea Cukai, PPJK, freight forwarder, shipping line, dan instansi pemerintah terkait.
- Memastikan seluruh proses ekspor dan impor sesuai dengan peraturan kepabeanan yang berlaku.
- Memantau jadwal pengiriman (shipment) dan memastikan barang dikirim serta diterima tepat waktu.
- Melakukan tracking status pengiriman dan memberikan informasi kepada pihak terkait.
- Mengurus proses customs clearance untuk kegiatan ekspor maupun impor.
- Berkoordinasi dengan bagian Purchasing, PPIC, Warehouse, Finance, dan Sales terkait kebutuhan dokumen dan jadwal pengiriman.
