What they need
Pendidikan minimal S1 Manajemen, Bisnis, Ekonomi, atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang ekspor / sales internasional (lebih disukai industri sejenis).
Memahami proses ekspor–impor, termasuk dokumen ekspor, HS Code, LC, Incoterms, dan prosedur kepabeanan.
Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris aktif (lisan & tulisan). Bahasa tambahan menjadi nilai plus.
Menguasai teknik negosiasi, sales, dan relationship building dengan buyer internasional.
Familiar dengan platform B2B global (Alibaba, TradeKey, dsb).
Dapat membuat quotation, proforma invoice, dan memantau purchase order.
Mampu mengelola pipeline penjualan dan melakukan follow up klien.
Memahami perhitungan harga ekspor, freight, lead time, dan dokumen pendukung.
Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
