About the role
Sebagai Facilty Coordinator, anda bertanggung jawab mengkoordinasikan operasional fasilitas di area kerja/site agar berjalan sesuai SOP serta mendukung kelancaran aktivitas operasional.
Key responsibilities
- Melakukan monitoring rutin terhadap kondisi kebersihan area, utilitas, dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya
- Memastikan seluruh kegiatan di lokasi berjalan aman dan tertib
- Menyusun laporan kondisi site dan kebutuhan perbaikan
- Berkoordinasi dengan user atau pihak internal terkait keluhan maupun kebutuhan fasilitas sampai tindak lanjut terselesaikan
- Mengkoordinasikan dan mengawasi seluruh tim kebersihan
- Meningkatkan efektivitas kerja dan kualitas pelayanan di site
