Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang payroll, finance, atau accounting.
- Memahami proses invoice.
- Memahami proses penggajian karyawan (payroll process), termasuk lembur, potongan, tunjangan, dan benefit.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Teliti, detail, dan memiliki kemampuan analisis angka yang baik.
- Mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data karyawan dan perusahaan.
- Mampu bekerja dengan deadline yang ketat setiap periode penggajian.
