- Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan.
- Pengalaman minimal 5–7 tahun di bidang Finance & Accounting, diutamakan sebagai Finance Controller/Supervisor/Manager.
- Berpengalaman di perusahaan distributor farmasi, alat kesehatan, FMCG, atau trading.
- Menguasai financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, accounting, dan financial analysis.
- Memahami internal control, audit, compliance, dan risk management.
- Memahami pengelolaan AR/AP, inventory, dan cost control.
- Memiliki kemampuan melakukan analisis laporan keuangan dan memberikan rekomendasi bisnis.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan diutamakan berpengalaman menggunakan ERP/accounting system.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, analytical thinking, problem solving, dan komunikasi yang baik.
- Memahami regulasi perpajakan dan ketentuan akuntansi yang berlaku.
