What they need
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi / Keuangan / Manajemen Keuangan.
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang Finance & Accounting, dengan pengalaman leadership minimal 2 tahun.
- Menguasai cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, AR & AP.
- Mampu membaca dan menganalisis Laporan Laba Rugi, Neraca, dan Arus Kas.
- Memahami internal control, SOP keuangan, approval system, dan audit.
- Memahami dasar perpajakan dan regulasi keuangan perusahaan.
- Mahir Microsoft Excel dan terbiasa menggunakan ERP/accounting system.
- Memiliki kemampuan analytical thinking, problem solving, dan leadership yang kuat.
- Teliti, tegas, disiplin, objektif, dan berintegritas tinggi.
- Mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data dan informasi keuangan perusahaan.
