What they need
- Mengawasi arus kas harian, penagihan piutang (AR), dan pembayaran hutang (AP).
- Menyusun proyeksi cash flow mingguan/bulanan.
- Mengawasi pencatatan jurnal, buku besar, dan rekonsiliasi akun.
- Memastikan proses closing bulanan berjalan tepat waktu.
- Menyusun dan mereview laporan keuangan (neraca, laba rugi, arus kas).
- Memastikan kepatuhan pajak (PPh, PPN) dan menyiapkan data audit.
- Membimbing dan mengawasi kinerja staff finance & accounting.
- Menjaga SOP dan internal control berjalan konsisten.
- Berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain terkait kebutuhan finance.
