- Memimpin dan mengawasi seluruh aktivitas operasional tim keuangan dan akuntansi sehari-hari untuk memastikan efisiensi kerja.
- Menyusun dan menganalisis laporan keuangan serta memastikan seluruh pencatatan akuntansi sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku.
- Mengoperasikan software akuntansi, Microsoft Office, dan email secara optimal untuk pengelolaan data keuangan yang akurat.
- Menjadi jembatan komunikasi yang baik dalam berkolaborasi dan membangun hubungan kerja yang kuat antar tim atau departemen yang berbeda.
- Mampu bekerja secara optimal di bawah tekanan tenggat waktu (strict deadlines) yang ketat dalam mengelola berbagai tugas keuangan.
