What they need
- Melakukan perbaikan dan perawatan cassette ATM yang mengalami kerusakan.
- Melakukan pengecekan kondisi fisik dan fungsi cassette secara berkala.
- Mengganti komponen cassette yang rusak (spring, roller, sensor, dll).
- Membersihkan cassette untuk memastikan performa optimal saat digunakan.
- Melakukan uji coba (testing) setelah perbaikan untuk memastikan cassette berfungsi dengan baik.
- Mengidentifikasi penyebab kerusakan dan melakukan tindakan pencegahan.
- Mengelola stok cassette (siap pakai, rusak, dalam perbaikan).
- Mendokumentasikan hasil perbaikan dan membuat laporan pekerjaan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim FLM/CIT terkait kebutuhan dan distribusi cassette.
- Memastikan pekerjaan sesuai SOP dan standar keamanan yang berlaku.
