Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan D3 / S1 Jurusan Teknik Mesin
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai Engineering/ Design Moulding/ Maintenance min. 3 Th di Manufaktur.
- Memahami jenis baja moulding
- Memahami proses machining, CNC, mesin bubut, EDM, dan Assembly Mold
- Memahami kontruksi mold injection pada industri plastic pvc
- Mampu mengoperasikan software seperti AutoCAD, Solidworks dan sejenisnya
- Analisis optimasi cycle time untuk meningkatkan produktivitas
- Bersedia penempatan Beji, Pasuruan.
Job Desk :
- Bertanggung jawab dalam design moldbase berdasarkan produk
- Bertanggung jawab dalam penentuan spesifikasi komponen moldbase
- Bertanggung jawab dalam mereview design untuk mencegah masalah di moldbase
- Menganalisa potensi problem dilapangan seperti (deflesi, keausan, ketidaksejajaran moldbase)
