Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat (diutamakan jurusan Perhotelan/Pariwisata)
Fasih berbahasa Inggris
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Front Desk / Receptionist
Berpenampilan rapi, bersih, dan profesional
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan ramah dalam melayani tamu
Mampu menangani reservasi melalui telepon, WhatsApp, dan email dengan detail dan teliti
Terbiasa menggunakan sistem POS / sistem reservasi serta mangoperasikan komputer (Ms. Office)
Memahami proses transaksi dan mampu menangani pembayaran tunai maupun non tunai
Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan mampu menangani komplain dengan baik
Dapat bekerja secara tim maupun individu
Bersedia bekerja shift, termasuk akhir pekan dan hari libur
