1. Kualifikasi yang Diutamakan (Nice-to-have)
- D3/S1 Perhotelan, Pariwisata, atau Manajemen
- Pengalaman 0–2 tahun di front office/hotel (fresh graduate diterima, on-the-job training disediakan)
- Bahasa asing tambahan (Mandarin, Jepang, Korea, Arab)
- Sertifikasi kompetensi Front Office (BNSP/LSP) atau lulusan sekolah perhotelan
- Familiar dengan sistem PMS (Opera, Fidelio, VHP, eZee, dll.)
2. Kompetensi / Soft Skills
- Komunikasi & interpersonal
- Problem solving dan penanganan keluhan
- Multitasking (telepon, tamu, sistem, walk-in bersamaan)
- Ketenangan di bawah tekanan
- Teamwork antar-shift dan antar-departemen
- Integritas (menangani uang dan data tamu)
- Attention to detail (rate, pembayaran, ketersediaan kamar)
