- Menangani check-in, check-out, dan kebutuhan tamu.
- Memberikan informasi terkait hotel dan fasilitas.
- Menangani pertanyaan atau keluhan tamu.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk kebutuhan tamu.
- Bersedia bekerja dalam sistem shift.
Kualifikasi:
- Minimal SMA/SMK, pengalaman di hospitality menjadi nilai tambah.
- Ramah, komunikatif, dan berpenampilan rapi.
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris dasar.
- Bersedia bekerja shift, termasuk weekend/public holiday.
- Mampu mengemudi dan memiliki SIM A aktif menjadi nilai tambah.
- Melampirkan SIM A lebih disukai.
