JOBDESK :
- Menyambut Tamu dengan keramahtamahan
- Menjadi pusat Informasi tentang Layanan Hotel
- Mencatat Transaksi dan Status Kamar
- Mengerjakan administrasi pemesanan kamar atau fasilitas hotel lainnya.
- Mengerjakan administrasi transaksi dan kredit ke catatan tamu yang bertransaksi.
- Berkordinasi dengan housekeeping dept mengenai room statues
- Membuat report per shift kerja
- Memberikan bantuan terhadap tamu yang memiliki disabilitas.
KUALIFIKASI :
- Mampu mengendarai mobil dan memiliki SIM A
- Lebih diutamakan lulusan SMK Perhotelan atau berpengalaman sebagai Front Office Hotel min. 6 bulan
- Berpenampilan bersih dan rapi
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, ramah, sopan kepada tamu atau calon tamu
- Memiliki loyalitas dan integritas
- Mahir menggunakan komputer, sistem dan cepat belajar
- Mampu berbahasa inggris
- bersedia bekerja dengan sistem multitasking
