MDA Restaurants sedang membuka kesempatan untuk posisi Front Office & Cashier untuk penempatan di PIK 1.
Tanggung Jawab:
- Menyambut dan melayani tamu dengan ramah dan profesional.
- Menangani proses reservasi, pembayaran, dan transaksi kasir.
- Memberikan informasi terkait menu, fasilitas, dan pelayanan outlet.
- Memastikan transaksi dan pencatatan kas berjalan akurat.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim untuk memastikan pelayanan berjalan dengan baik.
Kualifikasi:
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Front Office, Cashier, atau posisi sejenis.
- Cepat dalam menghafal menu dan harga.
- Komunikatif, ramah, teliti, dan memiliki kemampuan pelayanan yang baik.
- Cepat belajar dan memiliki kemampuan menghafal yang baik, khususnya terkait menu dan informasi outlet.
- Mampu bekerja secara cepat, tepat, dan di bawah tekanan.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di PIK 1 dan bekerja shifting
