- Minimal SMA/SMK sederajat; D3/S1 Hospitality, Administrasi, Manajemen, Keperawatan atau bidang terkait menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Front Office, Receptionist, Guest Relations, Customer Service atau posisi serupa.
- Pengalaman di klinik, rumah sakit, hotel, spa premium, beauty clinic atau hospitality industry menjadi nilai tambah.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia dengan sangat baik.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris, minimal conversational.
- Berpenampilan rapi dan profesional.
- Ramah, komunikatif, dan memiliki service-oriented mindset.
- Teliti dalam menangani administrasi dan data pasien.
- Mampu menggunakan komputer, WhatsApp Business, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, dan sistem administrasi.
- Mampu bekerja secara individual maupun dalam tim.
- Mampu bekerja dalam situasi yang sibuk tanpa mengurangi kualitas pelayanan.
- Memiliki kemampuan problem-solving yang baik.
- Disiplin, bertanggung jawab, jujur, dan menjaga kerahasiaan pasien.
- Bersedia bekerja di Badung, Bali.
