What they need
TANGGUNGJAWAB
- Bertanggung jawab atas hal HR (contoh: absensi, BPJS, KPI, cuti), admin produksi (contoh: rekap data, arsip worksheet, dokumen perencanaan, dll), admin stok (contoh: stok opname, kartu stock, logistik, surat jalan) dan admin keuangan (contoh: pembukuan, petty kas, faktur dll)
- Bertanggung jawab atas admin lainnya (contoh: monitoring fasilitas, menjawab telepon, komunikasi perusahaan, hal surat-menyurat, pengarsipan dokumen, pengurusan izin dan legalitas, pengelolaan aset perusahaan, perekapan dan pelaporan data, berkomunikasi dan bekerjasama dengan bagian lain, urusan admin dengan Dinas)
- Menangani penyimpangan, melakukan tindakan korektif / peningkatan dan melaporkan kepada manajemen. Mengikuti semua peraturan perusahaan dan Manual mutu, menjaga kebersihan lingkungan / memperhatikan K3.
PERSYARATAN
- Min 2 thn pengalaman kerja di jabatan yang sama
- Minimal D1 berbasis keuangan, akutansi, pajak.
- Wajib Komputer MS Word/Excel/Internet+software akutansi apapun
- Bisa kerja cepat, displin, teliti, tanggungjawab, initiatif, sensitif terhadap dateline dan komunikatif.
