KUALIFIKASI :
- Maksimal 30 tahun.
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang General Affair dan Procurement Freight Forwarding/ Logistik minimal 1 tahun.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office, terutama Excel (pivot, olah data), PowerPoint (presentasi).
- Disukai memiliki pemahaman dan pengalaman dalam proses purchasing.
- Komunikatif, rapi dalam administrasi, dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim.
- Teliti, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja service oriented.
- Penempatan : JAKARTA SELATAN
DESKRIPSI :
- Mengelola dan memonitor kegiatan logistik dan distribusi barang internal perusahaan.
- Melakukan pengelolaan inventaris dan kebutuhan operasional kantor.
- Membantu proses administrasi General Affair, seperti perawatan fasilitas kantor, kendaraan operasional, dan kebutuhan harian lainnya.
- Mengolah data dan membuat laporan berkala menggunakan Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Presentasi Data, dll).
- Mendukung aktivitas pembelian (purchasing) barang dan jasa perusahaan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan vendor/supplier terkait pengadaan dan distribusi barang.
- Menyusun laporan dan presentasi terkait aktivitas logistik & GA.
