What they need
Job Requirements:
- Pendidikan S1 jurusan Tehnik Sipil.
- Memiliki pengalaman di bagian General Services/ Affairs minimal 5 tahun, lebih disukai jika berpengalaman sebagai Buiding Maintenance/ Facility Management di Rumah Sakit atau Klinik.
- Menguasai perihal pemeliharaan Gedung, genset, dan peralatan Mechanical Electrical lainnya.
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk manajemen pengadaan termasuk negosiasi dengan vendor.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa, ketepatan pembuatan laporan, dan kecepatan kerja termasuk penggunaan Microsoft office (terutama Excel dan Power Point).
- Memiliki sertifikasi K3 akan menjadi nilai lebih.
- Terbiasa bekerja sesuai target, mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun bekerja dalam tim.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
