Kualifikasi
- S1 Psikologi.
- Memiliki pengalaman 3–5 tahun di bidang Recruitment, HR, atau Organizational Development.
- Memahami proses end-to-end recruitment dan assessment.
- Memahami Organizational Development, Talent Management, dan Performance Management.
- Berpengalaman mengelola recruitment dan/atau HR pada holding company atau multi-business unit menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan pengolahan data HR yang baik.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, interpersonal, dan koordinasi yang baik.
- Proaktif, detail-oriented, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun kolaboratif.
Jobdesk
- Mengelola proses end-to-end recruitment sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
- Melakukan sourcing, screening, interview, assessment, dan koordinasi proses seleksi.
- Mengembangkan dan menjalankan program Organizational Development (OD).
- Mendukung implementasi Talent Management dan Performance Management.
- Melakukan analisis kebutuhan pengembangan kompetensi dan organisasi.
- Menyusun laporan serta evaluasi program Recruitment & OD.
- Berkolaborasi dengan user dan unit bisnis dalam pemenuhan dan pengembangan talent.
