Head Baker & Pastry Development bertanggung jawab atas seluruh operasional divisi bakery dan pastry, mulai dari perencanaan, persiapan produksi, pengembangan produk, pengendalian kualitas, pengelolaan biaya, hingga evaluasi hasil penjualan.
Kandidat wajib memahami proses pembuatan berbagai jenis bakery dan pastry secara mendalam serta mampu bekerja secara hands-on sekaligus memimpin tim.
