Responsibilities:
- Mengatur dan membagi produksi harian tim florist.
- Memastikan semua order selesai tepat waktu & sesuai standar.
- Melakukan QC final sebelum bunga dikirim.
- Menghitung kebutuhan bunga dan memantau stok & waste.
- Mengecek kualitas dan kesegaran bunga setiap hari.
- Memastikan air bunga diganti, batang dipotong, dan chiller bersih & rapi.
- Mengawasi kecepatan dan produktivitas florist.
- Melatih florist/assistant dan memastikan skill dibagikan ke seluruh tim.
- Membantu membuat dan mengembangkan katalog baru.
- Melaporkan kendala produksi, stok, kualitas, dan performa tim ke management.
- Bertanggung jawab atas hasil keseluruhan tim florist.
