Menyimpan dough/produk sesuai standar agar aman & rapi
Memastikan ukuran, rasa, dan tekstur cookies sesuai standar
Menghitung hasil produksi, penggunaan bahan baku harian, dan membuat laporan produksi
Mengawasi jalannya proses produksi agar sesuai SOP & kualitas terjaga
Menjaga kebersihan area, alat, dan sanitasi setelah produksi
