Kualifikasi Umum & Pengalaman
- Pendidikan min. S1 Hukum (diutamakan spesialisasi Hukum Bisnis/Pertanahan/Properti & memiliki sertifikat PKPA).
- Pengalaman min. 4 tahun sebagai Legal Officer, diutamakan yang memiliki fungsi koordinasi/pengawasan tim.
- Rekam jejak solid di bidang perizinan proyek, legalitas & pengembangan lahan, transaksi/Sertifikat properti, serta penyelesaian sengketa.
Kompetensi
Ahli dalam legal drafting, legal review, due diligence, legal risk assessment, serta mitigasi risiko hukum.
Paham alur transaksi pertanahan (AJB, PPJB, pemecahan, balik nama) dan pengelolaan legal database.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan pengambilan keputusan yang kuat.
Mampu menyajikan rekomendasi hukum yang solutif, praktis, dan mudah dipahami oleh Direksi/Manajemen.
