Proaktif dalam improvement, efisiensi, dan inisiatif dalam hal cost control
Mampu mengontrol dan meningkatkan PA, MA, MTBFF, MTTR dan menekan backlog
Mampu mengelola workshop management
Mampu mengevaluasi performance, coaching, dan development untuk tim plant
Terbiasa mengelola >100 unit alat berat mayoritas brand Komatsu dll
Bersedia bekerja di Job Site Remote Area
