What they need
Kualifikasi:
- Minimal S1 Teknik Industri, Manajemen Industri, Supply Chain Management, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5–8 tahun di bidang PPIC/Production Planning, dengan pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di level Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager.
- Wajib memiliki pengalaman di industri garment/textile/manufacturing.
- Memahami Production Planning, Material Planning, Inventory Control, Capacity Planning, dan Production Monitoring.
- Menguasai konsep BOM, DML, Consumption, Marker, MRP, MPS, Work Order, dan Lead Time.
- Mampu melakukan analisis kebutuhan material, kapasitas produksi, inventory, serta penyusunan dan monitoring production schedule.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan terbiasa mengolah serta menganalisis data.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, problem solving, decision making, komunikasi, dan koordinasi lintas departemen yang baik.
