KUALIFIKASI:
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 jurusan Teknologi Informasi, Sistem Informasi atau Teknik Elektro.
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Helpdesk atau posisi terkait.
- Pernah bekerja pada perusahaan ISP menjadi nilai lebih.
- Memiliki pengetahuan dalam Networking (TCP/IP, OSI Layer, Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security).
- Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan Mikrotik.
- Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan salah satu NMS.
- Memiliki sertifikasi MTCNA, CCNA menjadi nilai tambah.
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
- Memiliki keinginan kuat untuk mengembangkan potensi diri
- Dapat bekerja secara shift.
- Berdomisili di Batam
