What they need
Persyaratan:
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai HR Admin atau posisi administrasi HR.
Pernah intern sebagai HR Admin (are welcome)
Menguasai Microsoft Office, terutama Excel dan Word.
Memahami administrasi HR, seperti data karyawan, absensi, kontrak kerja, cuti, dan pengarsipan dokumen.
Memahami proses administrasi BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan.
Bisa mengoperasikan aplikasi HRIS (Talenta) menjadi nilai plus.
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab
Wajib Berdomisili di Batam
