- Persiapan dan distribusi dokumen evaluasi kompetensi tahunan
- Monitoring progress pengisian kompetensi sesuai jadwal yang ditetapkan.
- Mengumpulkan, memverifikasi, dan mengarsipkan data hasil evaluasi kompetensi
- Melakukan input, rekapitulasi, hasil evaluasi kompetensi
- Mendukung pelaksanaan project Organization Development lainnya
Kualifikasi
- Mahasiswa aktif atau fresh graduate dari semua jurusan
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, terutama Excel.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
- Teliti, terorganisir, dan memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
