- Sarjana Psikologi atau Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dibidang HR Development atau HR Trainer
- Memahami Training Need Analysist, Penyusunan modul dan evaluasi pelatihan
- Mampu menyusun SOP, KPI, Job deskripsi, dan program pengembangan karyawan
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi dan public speaking yang baik
- Mampu mengoperasikan Ms office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis, problem solving, dan berpikir strategis
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun tim
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas
- Penempatan karawaci tangerang
