What they need
Responsibilities
- Mengelola dan memantau absensi staff Gudang (ketidakhadiran, lembur, jadwal shift)
- Menangani pembayaran terkait Gudang (lembur, tunjangan, dan biaya karyawan lainnya)
- Mendukung kebutuhan pembelian yang berkaitan dengan operasional Gudang
- Menangani tugas GA (perlengkapan kantor, perawatan dan utilitas)
- Memastikan dokumentasi dan pelaporan yang tepat untuk aktivitas HR & GA
- Bekerja sama dengan HR HQ untuk payroll, kepatuhan, dan implementasi kebijakan
Requirements
- Min. D3/S1 jurusan terkait.
- Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang HR & GA atau administrasi gudang.
- Memahami absensi, shift, lembur, dan administrasi payroll.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office, terutama Excel.
- Teliti, komunikatif, dan memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik.
- Mampu berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang dan HR Head Office.
