- Membuat training calendar Ibarbo Park.
- Menyusun modul training per department.
- Menjalankan induction karyawan baru.
- Melakukan refresh training untuk frontliner.
- Membuat program leadership untuk Supervisor.
- Mengembangkan training pelayanan anak dan keluarga.
- Melakukan evaluasi pasca-training.
- Melakukan coaching bersama Department Head/SPV.
- Memastikan standar pelayanan Ibarbo diterapkan konsisten.
Kualifikasi
- Pengalaman L&D/training minimal 2 tahun.
- Public speaking dan facilitation kuat.
- Diutamakan dari hospitality, hotel, theme park, retail atau F&B.
- Kreatif dalam membuat metode training.
KPI: Training completion, post-training score, improvement audit score, service consistency dan supervisor development.
