What they need
KUALIFIKASI
- Minimal S1 psikologi, hukum, atau manajemen.
- Minimal 5–7 tahun di bidang HR dengan pengalaman di industri pertambangan atau industri heavy-equipment/kontraktor sejenis.
- Memahami regulasi ketenagakerjaan Indonesia (UU Cipta Kerja, PKB/PP), serta familiar dengan regulasi khusus sektor pertambangan seperti Kepmen ESDM terkait keselamatan kerja (K3) yang berdampak ke kebijakan HR
- Memiliki pengalaman menangani rekrutmen posisi teknis tambang serta familiar dengan struktur remunerasi.
- Mampu berkoordinasi dengan site sekaligus head office.
