* IJAZAH SARJANA MUDA DALAM PENTADBIRAN SUMBER MANUSIA, PENTADBIRAN PERNIAGAAN ATAU BIDANG BERKAITAN
* PENGALAMAN MINIMUM 5 - 8 TAHUN
* KEBOLEHAN KOMUNIKASI YANG KUAT KEMAHIRAN RUNDINGAN DAN PENYELESAIAN KONFLIK
