- Melakukan kegiatan rekrtumen End to end (Sourcing, Seleksi And Placement)
- Berkordinasi dengan User terkait kebutuhan Manpower
- Membuat Report Daily Rekrutmen dan Report Monthly rekrutmen
- Melakukan kegiatan administrasi terkait kepegawaian
- Memberikan orientasi kepada karyawan baru dan monitoring data karyawan
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan S1 Psikologi
- Memiliki pemahaman terkait kegiatan rekrutmen end to end
- Lebih disukai memiliki pengalaman dibidang rekrutmen minimal 1 tahun
- Menguasai penggunaan alat tes psikologi
- Bersedia untuk bekerja dengan sistem Roster 10:2 (10 minggu On Site/kerja dan 2 minggu Off Site/Cuti)
- Lokasi penempatan di Site Taliabu Maluku Utara
