What they need
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Mengelola proses gaji, insentif, dan reimbursement.
- Mengelola proses administrasi data karyawan.
- Mengelola BPJS.
- Mengelola PPh21.
- Mengelola proses pengajuan dan pembayaran.
- Mengawasi dan memantau anggaran perusahaan.
- Mengelola sistem absensi, cuti, koreksi kehadiran, dan izin karyawan.
- Melakukan pembaruan (update) dan pengarsipan data kepegawaian (mutasi, promosi, dsb).
Kualifikasi
- S1 Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia atau Psikologi lebih diutamakan.
- Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman dalam posisi yang sama.
- Pemahaman yang mendalam penggunaan MS Excel.
- Kemampuan analitis dan ketelitian yang baik.
- Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, baik lisan maupun tertulis.
- Kemampuan untuk bekerja dalam tim dan berkolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan di seluruh organisasi.
