What they need
- Mengelola proses payroll secara akurat dan tepat waktu.
- Memastikan data absensi, lembur, insentif, dan potongan sesuai.
- Mengelola administrasi BPJS, PPh 21, dan benefit karyawan.
- Menyusun laporan payroll serta melakukan rekonsiliasi data.
- Memimpin tim payroll dan menangani kendala terkait penggajian.
Job Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi, Manajemen, atau jurusan terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 4 tahun di bidang payroll.
- Memahami payroll end-to-end, BPJS, PPh 21, dan regulasi ketenagakerjaan.
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan HRIS/payroll system.
- Teliti, berintegritas, dan memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik.
