Requirements:
- Min. S1 Psikologi/Manajemen/HR atau related field
- 2–3 tahun pengalaman di HR Recruitment/HR Analytics
- Experience in F&B/Retail/Multi Outlet is preferred
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment & mass hiring
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Able to create HR reports, dashboards and recruitment analytics
- Familiar with Headcount, Turnover, Time to Hire, Recruitment Funnel, Absenteeism & Retention analysis
- Strong communication, interviewing, problem solving & attention to detail
- Able to work independently and meet recruitment targets
