Mahasiswa tingkat akhir atau fresh graduate S1 Psikologi, Manajemen, atau jurusan terkait.
Memiliki minat di bidang Human Resources.
Memahami dasar-dasar proses recruitment dan administrasi HR.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
Teliti, rapi, proaktif, dan bertanggung jawab.
Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
Bersedia mengikuti program internship secara full-time/WFO.
Job Description (Tugas & Tanggung Jawab)
Membantu administrasi dan operasional HR sehari-hari.
Membantu proses recruitment dan screening kandidat.
Membantu pengelolaan data dan dokumen karyawan.
Mendukung proses onboarding karyawan baru.
Membantu membuat laporan dan dokumentasi HR.
Melakukan koordinasi dengan kandidat dan karyawan terkait kebutuhan administrasi.
Mendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan dan program HR lainnya.
