- Minimal D3/S1 Psikologi, Manajemen/SDM atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Recruitment/HRGA.
- Memahami proses recruitment dan administrasi HR.
- Menguasai Excel/Google Sheets dan pengelolaan database karyawan.
- Memahami PKWT, BPJS, absensi, cuti dan lembur.
- Komunikatif, teliti, disiplin, tegas dan bertanggung jawab.
- Mampu bekerja dengan target dan deadline.
- Berpengalaman di perusahaan outsourcing/manpower service menjadi nilai plus.
- Mampu menangani recruitment massal dan kebutuhan manpower urgent.
