Kualifikasi:
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja 1-3 tahun di sbg HR Reps / Koordinator Lapangan
- Pendidikan minimal D3
- Pernah menghandle karyawan >200 orang
- Aktif menggunakan Ms. Office (Excel & Word)
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik lisan maupun tulisan
- Cepat memahami mengenai system dan Web
- Memiliki pemahaman mengenai K3 (memiliki sertifikasi nilai tambah)
Jobdesk:
- Melakukan fungsi monitoring terhadap karyawan di klien (Pabrik)
- Melakukan proses administrasi ketenagakerjaan & kelengkapan data karyawan di klien
- Melakukan induksi kontrak kerja, menangani kecelakaan kerja jika terjadi pada karyawan
- Melakukan penjelasan PKWT kepada Tenaga Kerja
