What they need
Tanggung Jawab Utama:
- Mengelola proses rekrutmen (tayang loker, screening CV, & jadwal interview)
- Menangani administrasi kepegawaian, data presensi, cuti, dan kontrak kerja
- Mengurus administrasi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan
- Membantu kegiatan employee engagement dan hubungan internal
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan S1 Psikologi, Manajemen SDM, Hukum, atau jurusan relevan
- Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang HR (fresh graduate dengan pengalaman magang dipersilakan)
- Memahami dasar UU Ketenagakerjaan
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel & memiliki komunikasi yang baik
- Detail, terorganisir, dan dapat menjaga kerahasiaan data
