- Membantu proses payroll dan memastikan data penggajian sesuai dengan catatan kehadiran.
- Menyiapkan dokumen terkait onboarding, kontrak kerja, dan administrasi karyawan.
- Menangani kebutuhan dan pertanyaan karyawan terkait administrasi HR.
- Membantu pelaksanaan kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan.
- Menjaga kerahasiaan data dan dokumen karyawan.
