- Mengkoordinasikan dan mengawasi proses rekrutmen, penerimaan karyawan, administrasi asuransi, absensi, serta penggajian karyawan Indonesia.
- Mengelola karyawan Indonesia.
Kualifikasi:
- Wajib memiliki kemampuan bahasa Mandarin minimal setara HSK 5. Kandidat yang memiliki sertifikat HSK 5 diutamakan.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang HR minimal 3 tahun.
- Memiliki pengalaman manajemen HR minimal 1 tahun.
- Memahami peraturan ketenagakerjaan Indonesia.
