Memonitor pelaksanaan training teknisi agar berjalan sesuai jadwal dan standar perusahaan. - Memantau kehadiran, kedisiplinan, progres, dan hasil evaluasi peserta training.
- Mengelola administrasi dan database training teknisi secara rapi dan ter-update.
- Berkoordinasi dengan trainer, user, dan tim operasional terkait kebutuhan training dan perkembangan peserta.
- Melakukan follow-up terhadap peserta yang membutuhkan improvement atau evaluasi lanjutan.
- Menyusun laporan berkala terkait pelaksanaan dan hasil training.
