Terbiasa menggunakan HRIS (diutamakan Greatday)
Memahami Recruitment & Selection, onboarding, dan employee administration.
Memahami attendance, payroll, kontrak kerja, dan administrasi karyawan.
Memahami dasar peraturan ketenagakerjaan dan hubungan industrial.
Mampu menangani employee relations, disciplinary action, dan employee issues secara objektif.
Memiliki kemampuan communication, negotiation, dan problem solving yang baik.
Mahir Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets dan terbiasa mengolah data HR.
Teliti, tegas, objektif, berintegritas, dan mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data karyawan.
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim di lingkungan yang dinamis dan fast-paced.
