Mengontrol perpanjangan dan pemeliharaan aset perusahaan
Mengoptimalkan proses HR dan GA untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional
Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan min. S1 dalam bidang Human Resources, Manajemen, atau disiplin ilmu terkait
Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang HR dan GA, atau posisi serupa
Terbiasa menggunakan sistem HRIS dan software HR, termasuk pengetahuan tentang payroll
Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
Mahir dalam pengolahan data dengan excel
Keterampilan analitis dan problem-solving yang baik
